I would love you to type the last bit of your talk onto the text as well as talking it after the written text has finished as he only reads your message and doesn’t listen to the video. The Fresh daily devotional is central to my early morning routine. It’s the first of three devotionals I go through every morning as a way of honouring God with the first hour of each day..
I find the short, consice, direct nature of the Fresh message very focused and grounded on the uncompromising Word of God.
I became a Christian in 1983 when I was 18 years old. On my birthday last year I was marking exactly half of my life living in the UK.
In the two years I have used the Fresh devotional, I have grown stronger in my inner man and become bolder in my faith in Jesus.
I enjoy serving God and celebrate how God made me unique and set me apart for a purpose that He planned for me before I lay in my mother’s womb.
I’ have become a strong-minded, gracious servant of the Lord who values the input of seasoned ministers like Berni.

Christianityworks is one of three devotional tools that I use every morning. The consise presentation of the gospel with a clear call to action has been instrumental in my spiritual development.
The uncompromising truth that challenges conventional wisdom has made me more confident in the call to a unique spirit-led life based on the Word of God.
I have realised the reality of living in daily expectation of something good manifesting in my life as I serve God in my job, church and family life.
I have a strong conviction that God wants us to represent Him well in every aspect of our lives and let the world see Him through us.
Christianityworks feels like a community of believers who seek to make a public show of the wonderful works of God in a world that has been invaded with falsehoods presenting as truth.
I am enjoying the way this ministry is supporting me in my life journey.
A year and a half ago I committed to dedicating time each day in devotion, prayer and quietness with God. Christianityworks FRESH was the first devotion I started to follow. Six months later something amazing happened - I began to be filled with peace, assurance, love and a closeness to God that I had never felt before. I believe the Holy Spirit was filling me. The Bible has many verses about promises in the afterlife, but there are some for this life too, like James 4:8. "Draw to me and I will draw to you." It's true!! It's really true!! I am blessed to be a living case study of God's promise. FRESH has been an integral piece in the process and growth, and I count on its blessing and message daily. I would not be in this place without it.
I was born a Jew. My parents were non-religious, and I came from a broken family. I didn’t know anything about God until one day in my twenties, after watching a movie about the Lord Jesus Christ, I was transformed. I am now a Catholic Eucharistic minister, helping to serve at the altar of God. God found me. The Lord Jesus found me. Thank you, God, for your mercy and forgiveness for my sins, paid in full by our Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ. 🙏

When I arrived in Australia I so desperately needed to connect to a Christian community. I first connected with a radio station 89.9 The Light and through their website I found information on their partners. Christianityworks was one of them and I subscribed immediately. I'm so blessed to have met Berni's Fresh devotional as my daily bread and friend. I also love how they have translated Fresh devotional into other languages especially that they are languages from my home country. Thank you for all you do; your impact is just so great!
Brother Berni, just want to thank you for God’s Word. I’m going through some hard times. Its been 3 days I would love for you to pray for me. I’m scared to go to the hospital my face is swolln and I just heard your message.

In 2012, I was in homeless shelters, having been removed from our family home after sofa-surfing for quite some months.
I always try to be good and helpful, yet I have been stung many times, especially because my previous neighbour was forced out of her marital home. For seven months, truly I tell you, I’d never known a narcissistic person, at least not to the extreme extent that she was.
I felt something was missing within me. There was an emptiness.
Long story short, in a nearby district during the Olympics, a cathedral played “Chariots of Fire” every time England got a gold medal. Within a short time, about two or three weeks later, the cathedral played another Jon & Vangelis track, “I’ll Find My Way Home.”
During my time in the shelters for the homeless, I was listening (purely by accident, or so I thought at the time) to Premier Christian Radio and I heard Berni come on. Crikey, there was an Aussie bloke rabbiting on about Jesus!
Amen, so thanks be to Christianityworks, I finally found a way to forgive my neighbour. So much has changed for me and my good lady. As for some family, I pray they will find what I was missing. It took me over 60 years.

For 67 years I was a non-practicing Jew. I made excuses for not joining a Temple. I was also in a shaky relationship with my only child. One day my child invited me to her church service and I fell in love with Jesus. Since that time I never miss hearing God’s word. Also I was diagnosed with Leukaemia. For the last 4 years my doctor has not found a trace of the cancer cells and my immune system is rebuilding itself. Through prayer and my faith in God I have found peace, joy and our Heavenly Father’s love and blessings.
